There are no pros working for a banya company. On face of it HR will show they are professional but once u start working you will realize the actual state

Badly managed company!!
No benefits or anything for the employees. Employees are treated very badly. Management believes only in one way communication. HR is as good as not being there. Please save yourself and don't join.
