Pros
Solid flow of clients, nice building with complimentary valet service, attentive and sweet admins who genuinely try to make your days a little brighter. Some of the owners seem like genuinely nice individuals.
Cons
Let me echo everything that has been said by previous commenters: RS&E will be toxic for you if you value diversity in any capacity, want to progress professionally, or want to experience what it's like in a cutting edge, exciting work environment. You will be micromanaged yet given little to no direction or feedback from your superiors. If you are female (90% of the company is), you will be at a significant disadvantage if you choose to not gossip or participate in the extremely cliquey social scene. Be prepared to deal with overt, unabashed disrespect on a daily basis.
