Supervisors are often left unchecked and then they cause discord among employees. Runza is trying very hard to grow and it shows as they become very corporate and lose what made them special to Nebraska. The raises are a joke. Often hire too many and you get shorted in your scheduled hours. Will ignore staffing issues until it is critical and then they are understaffed.
