      Beyond low staffing Constant mandatory 16+hr shifts due to low staffing High insurance rates Low moral due to poor management Lack of proper training Not allowing employees to receive certifications required to do their job due to lack of staffing. Lower pay rates

      Pros

      Have ability to see all sides of EMS- 911 to interfacility. Large operation with two different operations Orlando/Sumter. 12 or 24 hour shifts

      Call turnaround expectations unrealistic- busy Units are not well taken of due to other crews.

      The checks won' bounce. That's about it. I don't have any good reasons to work there.

      Cons

      You are treated poorly. You are treated poorly by management. You have no time off. The trucks are always breaking down.
