It is really sad but there are unfortunately no pros to working at this company in such a toxic environment.
Cons
• Bullying mentality - I was sworn at, threatened and belittled. All traits that explain the high turn over rate of the marketing team at Ruralco. • Clueless - the heads of the department don't know what they're doing. Unqualified for the job, management are in the roles that they are in because of the mob mentality that they have formed over the last few years. • Poor work/life balance - They want your blood, sweat and tears and will squeeze out every last drop making you work back late, weekends, holidays, you name it. • Payrise? - HA! If you want one of these be prepared to be knocked back and if by the off chance you do get a small increase then you will be made to feel like you did not deserve it and pressured into working even more ridiculous hours to justify it. • Value - Although there are several values that Ruralco has and does not maintain, the value of accountability is rarely if ever abided by. No one is accountable for their actions, their work or lack of. It is ALWAYS someone elses fault.
