Pros

Free parking and cant think of anything else

Cons

Bonus? Yes, they’ll pay, but in two installments. The highest bonus is half a month. If you're good at jilat orang, maybe you'll get one month or 1.5 months. Increment? The highest is RM100, and the average is just RM80. So, don't expect too much. KPI reviews are now monthly, and your scores will be shown on the office TV for everyone to see. Want to pray at the surau? Register with HR first. Only two people are allowed at a time, all because of one staff who loves to gossip and fitnah. This place is all about micromanaging. But hey, join and feel the experience yourself.

Pros

I'm sorry but there was none

Cons

During interview, it was understood and made clearly with alignment on mutual parties for the expectation of a hybrid work setting before acceptance, given the nature of jobscope which allowed such flexibility, plus the daily travelling distance consideration. Post offer acknowledgment however, things turned out much differently, with biased treatment among same department (providing the flexibility to some but not for all staff under rediculous terms and policies). Even some probationary staff enjoyed the luxury at that time, but not everyone. On top, you are expected to stay back for long hours which was previously not aligned, coupled with no absolute apparent justifications that the additional effort would add any meaningful productivity or measurable outcomes to the business. Contigency proposals were also ignored by the management. A true dissapointment, but truly learnt as career experience and moved on.
