Pros

Nil, None, Nought, Nothing, Zero.

Cons

Misleading Hiring Process During interviews, HR promised strong incentives and growth opportunities. However, upon joining: No handover and no direction was provided. No training or marketing support—employees were expected to generate leads from scratch. Complete Lack of Leadership Managers provided no direction, no guidance, and no support. Instead of leading, they waited for subordinates to propose ideas and strategies. Unprofessional Work Environment Basic amenities (even toilet paper) were restricted. No staff parking—employees had to park unsafely on roadside. Final Thoughts Rurutiki suffers from severe mismanagement, false promises, and zero employee support. I cannot recommend working here.

Pros

I'm sorry but there was none

Cons

During interview, it was understood and made clearly with alignment on mutual parties for the expectation of a hybrid work setting before acceptance, given the nature of jobscope which allowed such flexibility, plus the daily travelling distance consideration. Post offer acknowledgment however, things turned out much differently, with biased treatment among same department (providing the flexibility to some but not for all staff under rediculous terms and policies). Even some probationary staff enjoyed the luxury at that time, but not everyone. On top, you are expected to stay back for long hours which was previously not aligned, coupled with no absolute apparent justifications that the additional effort would add any meaningful productivity or measurable outcomes to the business. Contigency proposals were also ignored by the management. A true dissapointment, but truly learnt as career experience and moved on.
