Our PTO structure is such that we reward the hard work and commitment of our employees. If you have questions regarding time off, we recommend speaking with your direct manager.

Cons
Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
