Pros

The pay structure was favorable for a sales person in a new territory. They allowed me enough leeway to take care of my customers.

Cons

They did not provide the resources necessary to open a new territory. They had new been in the area for 20 years and the customers did not have faith they would stay.

Pros

Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

Cons

You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

Pros

If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
