Ok pay, benefits are lacking - Sales Representative Rush Enterprises Employee Review

reimbursement for cell phone, auto etc very poor. Company takes care of their upper management financially but sales reps get a lot of "Rush" money in deals taken out of their commission plan. Very hard to keep track of your charge backs, don't know if they are just taking money because you cant prove it.
