      Pay was good and advancement to a certain point was possible, for the right skin tones.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, theft from coworkers, managers play damage control instead of accountability control, the managers are all the same shade of skin tone and yet the workforce is very dark.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
