      Pros

      Plenty of shop and specialty tools, resources for just about everything, and plenty of space. Heated and cooled shop.

      Cons

      We don’t live in a perfect world so some interactions are difficult for me.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
