      The job has plenty of free time to do anything but work if you like being bored

      Cons

      The company never has parts Management is a joke and will never understand why they can't keep technicians no room to work. The work is so badly managed you will never see a happy customer so enjoy getting chewed out.

      Pros

      Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

      Cons

      You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
