Pros
I like that the atmosphere feels rather casual at first. It breaks you in easy. It is a historical place to work where there isn't much else. Job security is almost guaranteed.
Cons
You have to deal with potentially unstable patients on a regular basis. Some of the staff are a bit rough around the edges. Lots of swearing on the part of the staff, but it kinda prepares you for what comes out of the patients mouths.
