Pros
Very fluid company - as Seth Godin would say - 'zoomers'; we are looking for new business units, new opportunities, trying new things, and everyones voice matters! I left a fairly high profile position at a MAJOR company to come here - and it is the best move I have made! I have learned more in 1 year here than I did the last 5 years combined at my last company!
Cons
My only con is that I didn't make this move sooner! I would recommend RTA to anyone - clients, candidates, and talent acq professionals anyday!
