Remote work flexibility- not for everyone Ability to invest shares in company Okish culture - a lot of clubs to join and get involved in Client success team is built with amazing members
Cons
No HR department for internal employees The CEO is pretty rude and is known for his outlandish takes Senior management-specifically jersey based- is awful, the worse I have ever seen Retention rate is laughable You’re not hired with PTO, you must accrue or borrow in your first year with no sick days granted No guaranteed bonus structure
