Pros

Work from home hybrid, flexible schedule most of the time

Cons

New courses, heavy workload, while some have very little to do and therefore can publish to co time to move up. Students expect As and are trained that they will receive them.

Pros

co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

Cons

Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
