MR - Product Manager Ruukki Employee Review

Ruukki is a stabil company in a basic: metallic, engineering and contstruction industries. As Finnish company is social to its workers and provides reliable salaries and benefits.

A potential employee shoud be carefull to review the turnover of employees in the function in question: 2-3 years employment for managers is tipical excluding local nationals.

-Possibility to learn and apply high level of working/leadership/management tools/principles. -Good working environment.

-Too strong orientation of the top management to mother country personnel on executive level on remote positions (abroad), instead of promoting local specialists. -Creation of additional useless positions just to serve personal interests of relatives or friends. The problem is that these persons are at a low level of professionalism, but have decisional power. -Serious delay in taking in time correct strategic decisions at top level. -Disrespect own promisses.
