Pros
Two of the biggest perks here at Ryan are 1) flexible hours and 2) myRyan. Because one of my executives lives across the country, he asked me to work earlier hours to help support him better. I love coming in early and leaving early! also, when I have an appointment, I'm able to work from home on those days.
Cons
Because Ryan is growing so quickly, we are experiencing some growing pains. This too shall pass.
