Great Place to Work - Senior Consultant Ryan Employee Review

I have been lucky to be a part of this organization for over 8 years now. The practice I am apart of has grown so much over those 8 years and the opportunities here are endless. This place is truly about what you make of it. If you have the desire to succeed and advance your career then this is a great place to be. The benefits are great and they are continuously asking for feedback on how they can make them better for employees. Management works hard and they expect that from you as well, again, you get what you put into this company. The CEO, Brint Ryan, is always open for feedback on how we can make this company a better place to work. This is hard to find at other places and shows that he cares for his employees. This place was a great place to work even before Covid hit but the care and thoughtfulness from upper management has really shown during this time. We quickly switched to working efficiently from home and continued to hire new employees and interns. This place is really about what you make of it. They give you the tools to succeed you just have to be willing to put in the effort.
