Pros
Hired out of college, Ryan is willing to invest in the young talent.
Cons
Long working hours, low pay, and difficult management make this job hard to enjoy. The work itself is tedious but can be learned with time, however in that time you will be pulled and stretched in 10 different directions between manager requests, various trainings, and an ever growing list of expectations. I really wanted to like Ryan but this is not a sustainable fit for anyone entering the workforce.
