      Good autonomy given - respect is a given on most teams with the expectation of top effort and performance in return. Good benefits and work-life balance at times

      Cons

      Cyclical business (like many) so busy periods are stressful and scrutinized. Salary is fair, but the expectation of a sales role leading to sizable supplemental income is baked in.

      Upper management always changing directions of company. Hard to get simple things approved . Been holding on to stock options for six plus years with no IPO in sight
