      Pay is ok. Don't work in the shop go right for the field work you'll make a living working not working to make a living.

      Cons

      Micromanage everything little thing you do. Smoke free facility and the managers go outside with employees and chainsmoke. The amount of time people stand around not working is crazy

      Building is clean all of the time.

      Working in cubicles; people "water cooler" gather and talk [loudly] as if others aren't trying to work.
