Pros
Decent salary for graduates. Modern and comfortable office
Cons
Management were quite poor, you could go days in the office without any manager or even other team members speaking to you. A lot of confusion at the start as well with mixed messages surrounding training and actual job duties which left me sitting to the side with no work to do for days on end. Some managers and senior staff members were unapproachable and therefore pretty useless to ask for help. You are only given 20 days of annual leave with 3 days (in 2019, could be different for other years) automatically taken from you when the office is closed for Christmas. The staff “discount” on flights is a bit of a con too and fares were often cheaper if you just booked on the official website. Almost no social events other than a standard Christmas party.
