Experience and some places there is fast grown. Good with safety and secure. This company is just good to have experience and if you’re lucky you can live in great places. 5/3 roster.
Cons
Salary should be improved.( If they paid more then they would need to be hiring so many people. They prefer spend money on trainings and new recruiting when they could just paid more to the employees. A lot of connection groups that receive personal benefits and promotions while others are treated like black sheep. They don’t like when you stand up against unfair treatments from the company. Promotions are not fair. Promote leaders that have no clue on how to be one and just overuse their authority. Lots of passive blackmailing from leaders. Unreasonable pressure on sales. Management are not competent. If they want to get rid of you, they’ll lie, deceive you or manipulate just to fire you and you do what they want.
