Pros
Good place to work. Friendly people. Good benefits. Lots of extra perks- food catered in occasionally, each department gets one UND game a year in the suite, fun holiday party...etc. The Rydell family is very generous with their employees.
Cons
Some departments can be a little cliquey- but other than that, no cons. Generally, a positive work environment and overall a good place to work.
