Good work life balance, almost never any overtime required, you have a set schedule which is never changed, pay is good, great 401(k) matching,
Cons
There is no advancement where you start is will you be in 10 years, pay raise it's been 2 to 3% the last 5 years not even keeping up with cost of insurance, heavy workload all the time, you're responsible for ordering all your parts used but not given any time do it, no training on equipment repair you have to figure out for your self.
