Pros
As long as you are a hard worker and serious about the job there are lots of chances for raises. If helping with sales there is also a possibility for bonuses based on the prices of cars sold! Also a yearly bonus with a company dinner on Christmas.
Cons
It can become very demanding. It is entirely possible to spend 1-3 hours more than usual at work on days where large numbers of cars have come in or in the case of falling behind online. The environment can also get very stressful when things are behind and you may be required to do tasks that are part of someone else’s job description.
