      Pros

      A good relationship with colleague . Management are all Japanese have a good Japanese style working environment. closer to Japan culture.

      Cons

      Something rules out of date. should Implementation digitization instead of paper works. They should think more about employee salary.

      Pros

      Paid lunch. Job tasks are completed each day, so nothing lingers from day-to-day.

      Cons

      Introverted staff. Language barrier. Not friendly. Too quiet, earbuds not allowed. No life insurance, 401k. No PTO for one year. Just a strange vibe. One guy never spoke to me the 9 weeks I worked there. And they just ignored his weird behavior. Mgmt didn’t even introduce me, red flag of weirdness to come... It’s like I stepped back 25 years.

      Constantly but now new. Just same with japan

      Same with pros. But you don’t need to afraid of resigning.
