No expectations from management regarding lazy employees who either do not show up to work or refuse to work. The burden of the work load is on self motivated employees to make up for bad employees. Many 20 and 30 year olds trying to micromanage other employees who are not professional in their work ethic, manners or conduct. Company hires many individuals who are not cut out for manufacturing /assembly/machining work.
