Great staff, lots of perks like food, drinks and clothing

Seems to be a disconnect between management and labor. Communication is always very minimal and expectations sometimes hars to achieve as a result. I enjoyed the work and most of my co-workers, but felt I had reached the top of my hourly rate and position. There was no chance of moving up from where I was without a significant time and money investment that was outside of paid working hours. Management also made lots of promises and failed to come through on multiple occasions. So, good place to work if you are just getting started in the industry. But upward mobility seemed limited.
