High-end jobs, all custom, interesting and varied designs for exciting designers. Many nice people, young team members & some knowledgeable leaders/managers. Growing at a healthy pace despite pandemic. Pay, benefits and other perks can be generous. Some institutional knowledge.
Cons
Growing pains. Be ready to fend for yourself. Little to no feedback. Expectations are not usually made very clear. Long hours are standard/expected. Institutional knowledge is locked up in very few individuals who are in high demand. Not a lot of standardized processes or chains of command across project teams. This is good for team leaders/managers but is difficult for specialists working across multiple teams with different, personalized methods, varied experience and inconsistent expectations.
