Order Picker/Checker/Packer - Order Picker/Checker/Packer S.P. Richards Employee Review

Management team is composed of very arrogant individuals who try to drag employees down to their feet simply because managers hold a higher position than the hourly paid employees. Supposedly there is an "open door" policy, which I've witnessed management reject any feedbacks or inputs employees had or any ideas on ways to make the facility a productive workplace (both, the employee and the company). Im short, the management is a group of arrogant, egotistic and selfish individuals who believe hey have total control of employees.
