Pros
Most of the employees are great to work with. the pay was fair, and the benefits are good.
Cons
Lack of information sharing between management and employees. You have to almost beg for time off. Your given the evil eye if your children get sick or god forbid you have a death in the family. Lack of respect given to employees. Your treated as children that have to be given direction in every task. Lack of hiring in new employess. SP Richards would rather have 8 people working 12 hours a day than 10 people working 9 hours a day.
