Pros
Employee staff is very friendly, sociable and hardworking. Easy people to work hard with and a team setting is already established by them.
Cons
Management at times was sloppy. Either over estimated incoming future work or underestimated. No real management leaders and at times they talk to you as if you work for them not with them. Overall everyone in the building is cool but some leaders seem not fully equipped for their position.
