Pros
Tight-knit team - With a smaller organization, expect to get to know everyone's name and face, no matter position or title. Nimble - The org is both small enough and willing to pivot quickly and grab opportunities. People-oriented - Based on my experience here, the leadership cares about its people. A great example of this has been their Covid-19 response, which has been (in my opinion) transparent and comprehensive.
Cons
Smaller size - downtime can be limited when work peaks, and don't expect to be able to specialize in one role to the exclusion of others.
