First of all, I would like to tell that I am one of those 25 employees who has left job of associate advocate at SS Rana & Co., this year. Let me inform you that the positive review here as been given by the management itself. The work culture here sucks. The managing partner is a freaky guy who has no patience and no managerial skill. He is neither open to new ideologies nor encourages hard work. No respect, no job satisfaction. People shout at each other like anything. If you have any other option, I would highly recommend you to go for that. Worst place to work.
