Pros

Good company to work for. Able to speak with the President of the company freely and openly about any issues or concerns. He was awesome during his visits and always seem to really care about seeing us succeed and grow. My Regional Manager was great as well. Lots of opportunity for growth by simply working hard and following their experience on what works. I took the things I learned and was able to get another job in the same industry where I didn't have to work with customers directly. I would not have gotten that job without this job experience.

Cons

Systems pretty complex. Customers can be difficult. Make sure that everyone in the company understands how hectic is can be in the stores. There can be some downtime that is difficult to fill.

Pros

The company is more than happy to promote from within and give you a chance at a management position.

Cons

Commission structure needs to be heavily revised as of this review. Most employees do not get to see a single cent of the 1000+ commission they have earned for the month. Manager bonuses need to be reworked as well. There is no real incentive to become a manager besides hourly pay. The manager bonuses are based off tiered metrics that do not take into consideration MOM growth or Gross Profit. Instead you are paid more hourly to be yelled at and mistreated by management for failing to meet goals. Obviously if there was a commission structure that rewarded employees at the end of the month, the company would see different results. On top of the horrendous commission, you are constantly called on your days off and expected to manage the store as well.
