Poor management and wrong direction leading to high employees turnover. Poor leadership. Management is trying to save every cents by giving unrealistic KPI and gave excuses not to compensate the entitlement to their employees even though they have verbally agreed to pay. Company is losing a lot of money as a result of cutting too many people in a short period of time without knowing these people are the pillar of the company. The re-org plans may be right for a start, but the execution is wrong, thus making the company at a great loss as a result of losing the talents in a very short period of time and no replacement/contingency plan at all. Too many managers, but no workers.
