Pros
Entrepreneurial spirit (in most groups and encouraged by most managers), ability to participate in big picture conversations if you communicate well and put your best foot forward, experienced staff with many who have called this place home for multiple decades (some truly great people), dedicated to safety and quality, employee owned!
Cons
Corporate changes are not always executed effectively, corporate communication/responses can be late/lacking, compensation is not analyzed regularly, current "business unit" structure is a weakness, too much scrutiny and justification needed to get business done.
