      Healthcare plan is pretty good. It's an employee owned company that actually listens to employee feed back.

      Cons

      Generally on the lower side for salaries. No bonuses in place. Raises are consistently around 3-4%

      Pros

      The Raleigh office is a tight knit group. Really great technicians who complete their work effectively and efficiently, and are more than willing to help train newer technicians.

      Cons

      Schedule may be sporadic and they may have you at a different site everyday.
