      Promotions or opportunities to do more than your normal are few and far between, upper management doesn't have a grasp of what individuals are doing even though they control your raises

      The Raleigh office is a tight knit group. Really great technicians who complete their work effectively and efficiently, and are more than willing to help train newer technicians.

      Cons

      Schedule may be sporadic and they may have you at a different site everyday.
