Rampant Micromanagement - Anonymous employee S2 Groupe Employee Review

This was an extremely toxic work environment. Employees would often cry after conversations with leadership, be yelled at, and demands were often unreasonable. Micromanagement was a huge problem, to the point where leadership would log on after hours to try to re-do the work of employees without telling anyone (and often do it incorrectly, leading to those employees being left to fix it the next day.) There was very little support given to new hires, and everyone was expected to wear every hat with no preparation.
