Pros

The employees here, most felt like a family that would come together and share food with each other. It felt like a real community between most of us. I made a lot of acquaintances along the way.

Cons

Management is the biggest problem at this place. The CEO will cut corners any way she can to save money. In turn, this had higher ups doing things like taking out the trash, cleaning, and having everyone take on multiple roles, therefore, eliminating the need to replace the jobs people left because it was dumped on others with no increase in pay. Miscommunication was another big one here, people would do their duties and the CEO would then turn around and change her mind without telling anyone. Being loyal here does nothing but hurt you in the long run. Once there is no longer a need for you, then you may exit the building asap. Having a degree seems to be the biggest enticer here to get hired regardless if someone else may be better suited to the role because of years of experience and people will get hired without being told of other job duties and positions they will be taking on, its like a bait-and-switch. The office is dated and dirty, you are expected to do your own cleaning, vacuuming, and other things. Computers and other technology are very old because replacing it would cost money. You will be promised new positions, raises, all sorts of things that will never come because she has another agenda for you that you are unaware of. Everyday feels like you could lose your job for any reason. Some other upper management members are very rude as well. Refusal to train you on anything, you are expected to look at the previous person's continuity book and create/update it after 90 days of hire to be graded and reviewed. You are at the mercy of hoping whoever created it before you was thorough.
