My experience with this company was challenging due to poor company management, poor company organization and a lack of technical expertise in key areas. The design process lacked stability, with changes being implemented on a weekly basis, which disrupted progress and reduced efficiency. The management team, particularly the manager overseeing dynamic stress analysis, had limited knowledge and made numerous mistakes in directing analysis work. There were no clear timelines or realistic expectations for project completion. For instance, tasks that typically require over a month were often expected to be completed within a week, leading to undue stress and compromised quality. Overall, the lack of structured processes and informed leadership significantly hindered the work environment and productivity. This is a company that would benefit greatly from improved organization and hiring experienced technical professionals.
