Pros

SADA is filled with great people who are motivated to be the hands-down best in whatever they do. Young, energetic, and driven. Our mission is exciting: to bring transformative technologies to organizations eager to work smarter, not harder. We are able to do this not because of our unique market position and skill sets, but because we work within the context of our core values of always doing the right thing, being one step ahead, being change agents, being data driven, and making our customers rave.

Cons

Being the best at what you do isn't easy, nor is it a permanent status, it takes work every day. It requires being ready to achieve greatness when an opportunity presents itself. This takes planning, hard work, luck, and discipline. The most challenging part of working at SADA is maintaining this mindset amidst the relentless technological and organizational changes that permeate our industry. SADA prides itself for having a high tolerance for pain and always staying on the leading edge, which means often being first to market with new product launches from our partners Google, Workplace, and Microsoft. This requires a level of flexibility, resilience, and forward thinking that can be hard to maintain on a daily basis. It can be exhausting. The reason SADA continues to execute in this challenging context is superior executive vision, leadership, and earnest investment in our people. This is what keeps pushing the company forward and keeps SADA focused on the future, despite the constant change.

Pros

There are smart people here.

Cons

I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
