I appreciates all feedback and will always try to utilize it to make improvements. I’m sorry that this is your experience at SADA. Are there very specific things about your job, role, or manager you're not satisfied with? If so, it's something worth discussing with your manager and/or HR. It may just be that this role or our company simply is not a good fit for you.
SADA is a place where we do feel both the immense opportunities and certainly the pressure of being one of the top partners in our field. One where we must continue to grow and perform for our clients, each other, and our partners such as Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. This is not an environment where everyone or anyone will flourish. This causes some turn over - usually in the first 90 days, but also at any point where we feel or our employees themselves feel after a few years, this is no longer the best match.
Providing lunch is not just a benefit we provide our employees, it’s part of our history and tradition. When SADA first started back in the day, working out of our garage, our co-founder, Annie Safoian would make us lunch every day!
In addition, SADA participated in 3 different Best Place to Work surveys for 2018, where our employees answered anonymous survey questions, and we won all 3! I’m really proud of what we’ve accomplished but I acknowledge there’s always room for growth and improvement.
