Pros

The people you work with are the most pleasant aspect of the job

Cons

Compensation has stagnated, silent and not so silent layoffs can happen at any time. SADA laid off valuable team members and put some departments in a very tight spot while making 200M in profit in 2022. EMT seems more disconnected from the day to day reality every day. There was a moment where several people thought about having a long and successful career at SADA, most of them have left the company. After the acquisition there was no effort to make us feel like we succeeded together by giving any sort of bonus or kickback, the money stayed at the top and everyone else was offered a share purchase plan with a 5% discount. Sales targets are unrealistic and there’s still a very unrealistic expectation of growth. Last but not least, Google keeps moving the goalposts thus there’s little control over the business beyond ProServ.

Pros

There are smart people here.

Cons

I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
