Pros
Some levels of management are competant as are many employees, Interesting market where we serve Municpalities and Private companies as well.
Cons
No clear vision or strategy for the companies future. Rumors of being sold have persisted since before I was hired. Working under this is unsettling, management cares about product, but the people who own the company see us a part of their portfolio they want to unload. This causes us to be micro managed on a daily basis. People are worn down by this.
