Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found your work meaningful and felt supported by a team that is deeply committed to making a difference for students. We’d also like to address your concern about career pathways. While many tutors go on to roles within education, we’re proud that former members have successfully leveraged their experience here into careers across a range of fields, including Human Resources, Data & Analytics, Learning & Development, and other people and operations-focused roles. The skills developed at Saga, such as stakeholder management, training and facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration, are highly transferable across industries. We recognize that compensation is an important consideration, and we continually evaluate our offerings. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
